Constructed from videogames with titles like “Nu- clear Strike,” “Red Alert,” and “Settlers III,” “Sheik Attack” presents what the artist has dubbed a “non/fiction horror film.” Beginning with scenes that recall a national myth of origins and evolving through the ascendance of a militarized culture, Stern's video presents a lyrical history of Zionism.
