Philippe-Alain Michaud
Curator of the exhibition 'Noches eléctricas'
Curator at the Musée national d'art moderne Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris, where he is in charge of the film collection. Among his most recent exhibition, he has curated Comme le rêve, le dessin (Musée du Louvre/Centre Pompidou, 2004); Le mouvement des images (Centre Pompidou, 2006); and Bild für Bild (Museum Ostwall, Dortmund, 2010). He has published the following books, among others: Aby Warburg et l'image en mouvement (Paris, 1998/New York, 2002); Le peuple des images (Paris, 2002); and Sketches. Histoire de l'art, cinéma (Paris, 2006). Michaud has researched, published and lectured extensively about film in relation to contemporary art.
