Projects Office
The chosend projects for this call are: Eduardo Guerra, 'Hitos, ya nadie muere en casa'; Lorena Lozano, 'DANZA INFINITA. Homenaje a Henrietta Lacks' and Ricardo Nascimento & Ebru Kurbak, 'Feather Tales II'.
The Projects Office at LABoral Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial has been made available to the cultural sector for the reception of proposals which will be evaluated by a Committee of Experts for their production and subsequent exhibition in the Centre. This initiative was born out of the wish to facilitate the production of artistic projects and support their introduction into professional circuits.
Objective
The objective of the call is the production of three projects which will be brought to fruition in exhibitions in the Sala de Columnas (see maps and images), within the Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial.
The three projects have the following conditions:
Project 1:
Aimed at: Asturian creators or residents in Asturias
Exhibition dates: 14th October 2011 ― 16th January 2012
Financial terms: 1,500 euros (fees) / 6,000 euros (production)

Project 2:
Aimed at: Asturian creators or residents in Asturias
Exhibition dates: 10th February 2012 ― 14th May 2012
Financial terms: 1,500 euros (fees) / 6,000 euros (production)
With the support of Plataforma Cero. Centro de Investigación, Producción y Recursos: advisory and monitoring services.
Project 3:
Aimed at: creators of any nationality interested in taking part in a two-month residency at LABoral
Exhibition date: 5 October 2012 ― January 2013
Financial terms: 2,000 euros including fees and other expenses derived from residency at LABoral / 6,000 euros for production / accommodation for two months
