A programme involving more than 300 students from schools in Asturias, developed by LABoral together with the GRIGRI collective and part of the European Studiotopia project.

The project by Lea Luka Sikau and Denisa Půbalová, together with scientist Felipe Lombó, combines art and science to discover the culture of fermentation in Asturias through the senses.
